We Made It!

Well...we finally arrived in El Salvador today!  Yes, a day late.  We missed our connecting flight out of Chicago, booked a later flight that day to Houston (which was also delayed a few hours dew to mechanical issues), was put up in a hotel last night and flew out this morning arriving in El Salvador around lunch time today.  Even with the obstacles in getting here, we knew God was with us each step of the way.  From family and friends sending us off at the airport, not having to pay anything extra for the weight of each bag of luggage (saving us hundreds of dollars), meeting Beth Moore on our flight to Houston and her praying over us right in the middle of the airport, landed safely and received all 10 bags of luggage when we arrived, and getting through customs in El Salvador with no problems.

We had a nice welcome today from the people here at Envision.  The kids were treated with some swimming and then the whole staff played games this evening for fellowship and bonding.  As you can imagine, we are exhausted.  Please pray we would get the rest our bodies need.  We praise God for how He continues to sustain us throughout this time.

Tomorrow we start searching for our new home.  Please pray that God would lead us and make it clear on the one that is best for our family.

We love you all!  Thank you for your prayers that continue to carry us through!
